DEPOSIT POLICY & FEES:
A non-refundable deposit of 1 nights’ accommodation is taken at the time of booking. All other fees are to be paid upon arrival. Guests with longer bookings may make weekly payments (in advance), subject to prior approval by management.
SECURITY BOND: A Credit Card number will be held on file as a security bond for all Unit bookings.
A cancellation fee of one nights’ accommodation will apply to all cancelled bookings.
If the cancellation is due to Covid-19 restrictions that prevent you from attending the park, you will be offered the option to reschedule for another available date, or to be issued with a credit voucher to the value of the deposit paid (credits are valid for 18 months). As bookings are made with the understanding that Covid-19 restrictions can change at any given time, refunds for cancelled bookings will not be offered.
NO REFUND POLICY:
It is a condition of entry to Golden Beach Holiday Park that all guests, and visitors of guests, agree to follow all park rules and instructions issued by Management. Failure to abide by Golden Beach Holiday Park rules, could lead to eviction without a refund.
If you depart prior to your booked departure date, for any reason including bad weather, you will not receive a refund or credit.

GOLDEN BEACH HOLIDAY PARK RULES are to ensure your stay with us is a safe and enjoyable one. It is a condition of entry to Golden Beach Holiday Park that all guests and visitors agree to follow these rules without exception. Should anyone have any queries about the below, please feel free to chat to one of the managers while we are around the park, or at Reception.
AMENITIES: Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied to the amenities by an adult. No smoking permitted in the amenities.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES: Powered sites are available from 10:30am for check-in. Units are available from 2pm for check-in. Check out time is strictly 10am for all Sites and Units. Late check outs are subject to availability and must be approved by management. All Sites and Units are to be left in a clean & tidy condition, or a cleaning fee will apply.
VISITORS/CONTRACTORS: ALL Visitors, Guests, and Contractors MUST report to Reception before entering this property. Visitor and Contractor’s vehicles must park on the street in front of the park.
SPEED LIMIT: The park roads are Shared Zones, with a speed limit of 5km/hr. Speeding will not be tolerated.
PARKING: Only ONE vehicle is allowed per site (including boats and jet skis). Extra Vehicles MUST be parked on the street outside the park, unless permission has been given by Management.
DISPOSAL OF RUBBISH: Please dispose of rubbish at the Rear of the park. The Skip Bin is used for General Rubbish and Recycle Bins are provided for Recyclable waste. Disposable nappies must be wrapped & bagged. Please do not put food waste or plastic bags in any recycling bins around the park.
DUMP POINT: The Dump Point must be used for all Night Buckets & Toilet Cassettes. No effluent is to be placed down the toilets whatsoever.
GAS BBQ’S & CAMP KITCHEN: Free BBQ’s and a Camp Kitchen are provided for guests only. Please ensure they are left in a tidy state, for other guests to use.
NOISE: All forms of noise are to cease at 10PM. Failure to observe this can lead to immediate eviction from the park, without a refund.
PETS: Pet owners will be issued a pet policy upon arrival, failure to follow Pet Owner Rules may lead to guests being asked to leave without a refund. All Pets must be on a leash whilst in the park and any droppings are to be picked up IMMEDIATELY. Pets are not allowed in Park Accommodation, Pool, BBQ or Amenities Areas under any circumstances.
SITES & BOUNDARIES: Site boundaries are marked with yellow lines on the road in front of your site. Please keep all your belongings including vehicles and guide ropes are within your site’s boundaries. No tarps or ground covers are to be placed on any grassed area; shade cloth is permitted.
ZERO TOLERANCE: Failure to follow the managers instructions, bad behaviour, swearing, fighting, excessive consumption of alcohol, use of illegal substances, breaking of Park Rules, SPEEDING, or damage to park or others’ property is not tolerated. Any form of the above will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
VEHICLE/CARAVAN REPAIRS OR SERVICING: No repairs or servicing is to be undertaken without prior approval from park management. Car washing is permitted with a bucket only.
LAUNDRY: Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located at the amenities block. The Cost is $4 (4 x $1) per cycle, change can be obtained from Reception, as well as loan irons.
CLOTHESLINES: Five (5) are available outside the Main Laundry. No other Clotheslines are to be erected within the park.
POOL HOURS: 7AM TO 6PM. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied & supervised by a responsible adult.
SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS, & BICYCLES: are permitted under strict conditions. Riding must be at WALKING PACE only. Bike safety, road rules and parent supervision are necessary. Riding around the pool, amenities, BBQ area or in/around the Units is not permitted at any time. Riding is permitted during daylight hours only.
