Reception & Kiosk

Our park office has a small kiosk which stocks; ice, bait, ice creams, camping essentials, some caravan parts and a range of other items you may have forgotten.

We also have local tourist information and maps to help our guests experience all the wonderful attractions the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am – 5pm.

Amenities Building and Laundry

Our amenities have recently been renovated and our team works hard at continually providing exceptionally clean and fresh facilities for our guests.

** Please note: Our amenities are closed for half an hour each morning for cleaning.

Our laundry is a spacious area which consists of three coin operated washing machines, two large dryers, three laundry tubs, ironing facilities, washing baskets, trolleys, large bench seating, and a free book exchange.

Camp Kitchen

Our Camp Kitchen is right beside our BBQ Area. It has everything you need to cook up a storm. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave, as well as crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We also provide our you with washing up facilities, including dish washing liquid, drying racks and tea towels.

BBQ Area

Our undercover BBQ Area has two large Gas BBQ’s (free), a fridge/freezer, stove, food preparation area, cooking utensils, television, and picnic tables. It’s right next door to our Camp Kitchen, so everything you need to cook a delicious BBQ is within arms reach.

Even if you’re not cooking, the BBQ area is a great meeting place for all guests to enjoy!

Pool

Our sparkling clean Saltwater Pool area has landscaped gardens, shade sails, tables, chairs, and sun lounges. There is also a ‘Toddlers’ pool attached to the main pool, perfect for the whole family.

Pool Opening Hours are: 7am to 6pm

Dump Point

We have a dump point centrally located within the park, for your cassette toilets.

If you don’t have a cassette toilet, and you are fitted with black & grey water holding tanks, which require pumping out, you can pull up right next to the facility.

Gas Refill or Exchange

We can refill or exchange most 4 & 9kg gas bottles.

Pet Friendly

We welcome well behaved pets of all shapes and sizes to our Caravan & Camping Sites. Strictly no pets allowed for Unit bookings. Pet owners will be given a strict set of guidelines to follow on arrival regarding all pets. This ensures a safe, quiet and friendly stay for everyone.

We don’t have a limitation on small or large dogs, but again, there is a strict set of guidelines that all pet owners must adhere to, so everyone has a safe and pleasant stay.

Dear pet owner,

To reduce our Risk under the Workplace Health and Safety Act, whilst also ensuring everyone enjoys their stay here, please ensure these simple rules are followed.

Owners are to ensure:

Pets are on a lead and are directly controlled by the owner, at all times;
Pets are picked up after at all times and any droppings, or other is cleaned up immediately;
Pets do not enter the Reception, Pool, BBQ area, or Amenities under any circumstances;
Pets Beds, or Pets Clothes are not washed in the Park Laundries;
Pets do not bark excessively, they do not appear aggressive and/or hinder other guests, staff or management;
Pets are not left alone in the park, without prior approval from the On Site Managers;
Pets are not allowed in Park Accommodation under any circumstances; and
Sites are to be left clean and tidy, and holes, etc are to be filled in, otherwise a $20 fee will apply.
At Managements Discretion, a $50 Dog Bond will be applied and this will be forfeited with any breaches of these or any other park rules.

Failure to abide by these rules will lead to immediate eviction from the park,
without refund, and additional charges may apply.
